...
In addition, we are putting on a FAST 5k track race. We are inviting entries from all athletes who have pbs of at least 15.40 mark. We may soften this standard in the run up to the meet depending on the level of entries received BUT cut-off will be the first 25 5k entries received.
The lead entries to date in this race are Colm Sheehan on the back of his recent big win in the MSB 5k in Dublin recently. Also entered are the Maunsells Kevin and William along with Foyne Valley athlete Scott Rankin.
This race should be particularly attractive to those with a desire to put down a significant 5k track pb.
