ENTRY SYSTEM 
GUIDELINE and Terms and Conditions- PLEASE READ

To Enter our next meet please click on the Entry Button at the bottom of this page

1/ Ensure you enter properly!!!
Ensure you fully complete the registration process and that you get a confirming email. If you do not get a confirming email then it is likely that you have not entered correctly. Email us if unsure.
 2/ Refunds
We operate a no refund policy for withdrawals from the meets. Swapping of numbers and running under a different name is not permitted.Those breaching this rule (both parties) will be yellow carded. This is to protect the integrity of the IMC results and our database.
 3/ Data Opt Out
If you Opt Out of data then you will not receive important communications from the IMC. You should note that the IMC does not sell your details to any third party.
 4/ Pbs/SBs/World Athletic Profile
Where possible put the link of your World Athletic (WA) Profile which should reflect your PB/SB. If the result of your PB is not in WA proflie then provide a link to that PB result. This will be used to properly grade you into an appropriate race.
 5/ Comment Box
Use the comment box to guide us to your current form AND whether you are going for a qualification time.
6/ Yellow Cards
If you cannot make the meet then you MUST notify us of this prior to the meet. This will allow us to admit any athlete on a waiting list and in other cases to upgrade an athlete.A yellow card means that the IMC has the option not to accept an entry from you at some future meet of our choosing.
7/ Registration/Bib Collection/Start Time
Registration on the day will close 15 minutes before your specific race start.  We reserve the right to not permit you to race if you arrive after that time. Your race start will be listed on our timetable and you must be at the start of the race start point 5 minutes before the advertised race start.  There are NO CALL ROOMS at any IMC meet
8/ Entering Two Events
Due to the very strong standard at IMC organised meets we will not permit middle distance athletes to enter 2 events at the same meet. For SPRINTERS you may enter more than one event but we reserve the right not to accept entries for both events. 
9/ Abusive Behaviour
Physical,verbal or written abuse whether by the entrant themselves, their parents or their coaches via whatever platform (past or present) towards the IMC organisers, fellow athletes, officials, volunteers or spectators involved in IMC organised meets will result in a refusal of entry and/or expulsion from all future IMC meets  
10/ AGE Limits
For our Meets  : 
Athletes MUST reach the age of 16 at any stage during the year of the competition. Should you enter an underage athlete we will not be able to allow that athlete to compete. For under 18 athletes you must have a parental consent form signed allowing you to compete. You must also have parental acceptance for photography of you from the event to be published.
11/ Suggested Standards and Criteria
Some of our meets have suggested standards and set Criteria. Ensure you comply before entering. If unsure of any aspect or wish to seek a derogation then email [email protected].
