5/ Seasons Best
If your SB was at a meet other than an IMC related meet or a BMC meet then please give us information on where you got the SB (eg. a link to the result) in the comment box. The SB information is crucial in accurately placing you into an appropriate race. Giving false SBs may disqualify.
6/ Comment Box
Use the comment box to give us details of your SB, whether you are going for a qualification time and indeed any information that will help us put you into an appropriate race
7/ Yellow Cards
If you cannot make the meet then you MUST notify us of this prior to the meet. This will allow us to admit any athlete on a waiting list and in other cases to upgrade an athlete.A yellow card means that the IMC has the option not to accept an entry from you at some future meet of our choosing.
8/ Entering Two Events
Due to the very strong standard at IMC organised meets we STRONGLY discourage middle distance athletes from entering 2 events at the same meet. For SPRINTERS you may enter more than one event but we reserve the right not to accept entries for both events.
9/ Abusive Behaviour
Physical, verbal or written abuse whether by the entrant themselves, their parents or their coaches via whatever platform (past or present) towards the IMC organisers, fellow athletes, officials, volunteers or spectators involved in IMC organised meets will result in a refusal of entry and/or expulsion from IMC meets
10/ AGE Limits
For our Meets : Athletes MUST reach the age of 16 at any stage during the year of the competition. Should you enter an underage athlete we will not be able to allow that athlete to compete. For under 18 athletes you must have a parental consent form signed allowing you to compete. You must also have parental acceptance for photography of you from the event to be published.

Some of our meets have suggested standards and set Criteria. Ensure you comply before entering. If unsure of any aspect or wish to seek a derogation then email [email protected]
