The Irish Milers Club is dedicated to providing our athletes and their coaches with top quality meets at which the athletes can excel. All our middle distance races are paced to ensure a fast pace. This combination, we believe, will help raise the standards of middle distance athletics in Ireland.

TIMETABLES For Our Meets
Our meets normally start at 2.00 . However we strongly believe that if you publish a Timetable that IT MUST be adhered to so that athletes can warm up properly. Therefore the IMC waits until all the entries are in so we can establish the amount of races, there will be before publishing a Timetable which is normally 36-48 hours beforehand. This timetable will be published on our website, our FB Page and emailed to all participants. Most importantly the meet will then run according to the Timetable
