The traditional curtain opener and ALWAYS a very full meet. Greystones is a very fast 6 lane track (sprinters take note!!). Last year there was a European Junior standard and EYOF standard achieved.

So what events are in the Greystones AC-IMC meet?? At the moment we are accepting entries for 100, 200, 400, 800 and 1500. Men and women events in all. (field events to be announced shortly).

Follwing last years hugely succesful (and very fast) 5k we are again looking to run the fastest 5k track race in Ireland. So what we are going to do is initially invite entries from all athletes who can run sub 15.40. However if you are not of that standard do not despair. We may put on a second 5k if we have time in the program. So keep an eye out for further posts
