Our traditional curtain raiser. This meet is ALWAYS a very popular meet. Greystones is a very fast 6 lane track and really conducive to gaining an early season PB.
At last year's Meet 46% of Middle distance athletes achieved PBs. Per event : 800m= 41% achieved PBs, 1500m = 53.8% achieved Pbs and in the 5k 33.3% achieved PBs.
Below is a draft Timetable. We will announce a FINAL timetable 48 Hours before the Meet and we will announce the fields of each race after 17.00 on the evening before the Meet.
