The IMC goes to considerable lengths and research to put all athletes into an appropriate race. This process is based on a number of factors including recent performances (especially at IMC races), potential performance, requirement to achieve a qualifying standard etc.
We know there may be disappointments but PLEASE BE AWARE that we will not enter into any correspondence regarding grading at this stage.
At IMC meets races always start at the time stated in the Timetable (barring a disaster!!).
There is no Call Room in operation so just make sure you are at the appropriate start line at the time stated. We will start the race regardless!!
