In the attached, you will find the entry list with an IMC Grade time. This time will be used to grade you into specific races. If you wish to update/dispute the IMC GRADE time then please let us know ASAP to [email protected]. We will then publish the Start lists the week of the Meet

Below are the start lists. Any errors/omissions ONLY to [email protected].
There will be no changes to grades as all entrants were emailed last week with IMC times upon which the grading was done.  

Attached is the Entry list (not the start list) and in the order we received your entry. We have assigned a grading time to each athlete which we will use to put you into an appropriate race/lane draw.If unhappy with this, then email us,backing up your case with links to recent races.

Two Dates- Two Cities

There will be two IMC meets in 2024.
​The first will be on Sat 4th May in Morton Stadium, Dublin. The second Meet will be in Belfast at the Mary Peters track on May 11th.
​Both Events are approved by World Athletics and ranking points will apply

Below are the entry lists per event in alphabetical order.
We have put in a grade based on your PB/SB and recent performances. Please check your grade and let us know of any revision requirements BUT add in backing data such as a link to results- email [email protected]. These grades will be used to put you into a specific race or in the event of sprinters into lane draws. 

We will publish a final start lists on Wednesday 7th June.
