The below are the start lists and the final Timetable for the meet . It is important that if you cannot make the meet then you must inform the IMC by PM on Facebook or email irishmilersclub@gmail.com . Any errors or omissions please let us know.
All races (barring a major disaster) will run to the timetable so just be at the start line at the appointed time.
There is a large car park and a small overflow car park available at the stadium. If it is full then be careful where you park around the streets as there may be clampers in operation.

The GV Ryan meet run in conjunction with the IMC and this year the host club Crusaders AC are celebrating their 75th Anniversary by sponsoring two special races The Ronnie Delany mens A 1500m and the Caroline O'Shea 800m womens A race. In addition Civil Service Harriers are sponsoring the Annual Noel Carroll 800m Race. 
The meet will also have sprint events, the 110m Hurdles and the usual 800, 1500 and 3k men and women races right down the standards. LJ and Shot.​

ALSO if you are unable to attend then the IMC Rules state that you must inform us of your non attendance. Should you not do so then you will receive a yellow card which gives the IMC the option to refuse a future entry at a meet of our choosing..... YIKES!!
